SponsPharm does not control employer hiring decisions. Employers make their own independent decisions based on business needs, candidate suitability,\ registration status, visa eligibility, experience, communication, interview performance, workplace fit and legal requirements. You agree that payment for a SponsPharm program does not entitle you to an employer introduction, interview, job offer, sponsorship, trial shift, placement, internship, employment contract or migration outcome.

SponsPharm may provide general pathway awareness about topics such as Australian pharmacy registration, AHPRA, APC, OPRA, internship, provisional registration, general registration, employment- readiness, sponsorship-readiness, onshore and offshore starting positions and potential visa concepts.

professional. If SponsPharm introduces you to a migration professional, that professional is separate from SponsPharm unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for deciding whether to engage that professional and for any fees, agreements, advice or outcomes related to that engagement.

You must behave respectfully toward SponsPharm staff, mentors, partners, employers, migration professionals and other students.
You must not harass, threaten, abuse, defame, intimidate or pressure SponsPharm staff, employers, partners or students.
You must seek independent professional advice where required, including migration, legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice.
10. Payments, Fees and Access
Program fees, payment plans, inclusions and access periods are described on the relevant checkout page, invoice or enrolment offer. All prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Your access to the program may be suspended or cancelled if payment is not received, a payment plan fails,
a chargeback is lodged without reasonable basis, or you breach these Terms and Conditions. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all instalments unless a refund or cancellation is required by law or agreed by SponsPharm in writing.
11. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, SponsPharm generally does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to complete the program, failure to attend sessions, failure to use materials, change in personal circumstances, dissatisfaction because you did not obtain a job, interview, sponsorship, visa, registration, internship, permanent residency or employer introduction, or because you no longer wish to
continue. If there is a major problem with the service, or another issue that gives you a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, SponsPharm will consider the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. This may include a refund, partial refund, repeat service, correction, replacement or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted in writing with your full name, email address, program, payment details, reason for request and supporting information. SponsPharm will review refund requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
12. Intellectual Property
All SponsPharm course materials, videos, transcripts, slides, PDFs, templates, quizzes, frameworks, documents, website content, graphics, branding, logos, systems and resources are owned by SponsPharm or licensed to SponsPharm and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own private learning only. You must not copy, download beyond permitted functionality, record, screenshot, share, upload, publish, distribute, resell, teach, reproduce, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit SponsPharm materials without written permission.
13. Confidentiality and Course Community
You may receive confidential information during the program, including student discussions, employer- related information, internal frameworks, templates, mentoring content, pathway information and business processes. You may be asked to submit documents such as your CV, qualifications, work history, registration status, visa status, English test status, identification information or other pathway-related information. You agree that SponsPharm may review this information for application assessment, pathway awareness, student support, employer-readiness consideration and administrative purposes. SponsPharm handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You should not upload documents unless you are comfortable with SponsPharm reviewing them for the stated purposes.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Services
SponsPharm may use third-party platforms such as Kajabi, payment processors, email providers, video hosting platforms, analytics tools, form providers, calendar tools, communication platforms and other service providers. SponsPharm is not responsible for outages, errors, data handling, account restrictions or technical issues caused by third-party platforms outside its reasonable control. If you engage with a third-party professional, such as a migration professional, employer, recruiter, education provider or accommodation provider, that relationship is separate and may be governed by separate terms.
16. Testimonials, Case Studies and Outcomes
Any testimonials, case studies or student stories are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, eligibility, communication, qualifications, employer demand, registration status, visa status and other factors.
SponsPharm will seek consent before using your name, image, video, story or testimonial for marketing purposes.
17. Suspension, Termination and Removal
SponsPharm may suspend or terminate your access to the program, without refund except where required by law, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to pay fees, share course materials, provide false information, behave dishonestly, harass or abuse others, misuse the platform, damage SponsPharm’s reputation through false statements, or act in a way that SponsPharm reasonably considers unsafe, unlawful, disrespectful or inconsistent with the program standards. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property obligations, confidentiality obligations and limitation of liability provisions.
18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or complaint, you agree to contact SponsPharm first in writing at [email protected] or [email protected] and give SponsPharm a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond. Your complaint should include your name, program, contact details, a clear description of the issue, any supporting evidence and the outcome you are seeking. SponsPharm will aim to respond within a reasonable time. Both parties agree to act in good faith and attempt to resolve disputes before commencing external proceedings, except where urgent legal action is required.
19. Public Reviews, Defamation and Fair Comment
SponsPharm respects the right of students to provide honest feedback. However, you must not publish false, misleading, malicious, confidential, defamatory, threatening, abusive or unlawful statements about SponsPharm, its staff, partners, employers, migration professionals or related businesses.

21. Changes to Programs and Terms
SponsPharm may update course content, program structure, titles, phases, inclusions, delivery methods, platforms, instructors, schedules, resources, pricing and these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If changes materially affect your existing enrolment, SponsPharm will take reasonable steps to notify you.
Continued use of SponsPharm services after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
