Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to SponsPharm programs, applications, digital products, courses, mentoring, resources and related services. Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

2. Application or Assessment Fees

Application, assessment or review fees are generally non-refundable once an assessment has commenced or resources have been allocated, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or agreed by SponsPharm in writing.

3. Program Fees

Subject to Australian Consumer Law, program fees are not refundable for change of mind, failure to complete the program, failure to attend sessions, failure to use course materials, change in personal circumstances, change in visa plans, dissatisfaction because you did not obtain employment, interviews, sponsorship, visa approval, permanent residency, registration, internship or employer introduction, or because you decide the program is no longer suitable after access has been provided.

4. Consumer Guarantee Rights

If a service has a major problem or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy. SponsPharm will assess refund requests in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and may provide an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected] with your full name, enrolment email, program name, payment date, amount paid, reason for request and supporting evidence. SponsPharm will review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for scheduled payments unless SponsPharm agrees otherwise in writing or a remedy is required by law. Cancelling access or failing to use the program does not automatically cancel outstanding instalments.

7. Chargebacks

If you lodge a chargeback without first contacting SponsPharm, your course access may be suspended while the matter is investigated. SponsPharm may provide records of your enrolment, accepted terms, access history and communications to the payment provider where necessary.
